What's New for the 2023 Honda Pilot?

The popular Honda Pilot opens a new chapter in 2023 with the debut of its fourth generation. With a complete redesign throughout the interior and exterior, this is a three-row midsize crossover SUV that will undoubtedly impress you. You can appreciate a beefier design with tall, broad dimensions on the exterior. The grille is large and upright, and there's a horizontal beltline. Overall, the design is more rugged, the stance is more powerful, and the profile looks sportier.

The all-new 2023 Honda Pilot makes use of a new 3.5-liter V6 engine with 285 horsepower, and it's paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. There are also rumors that a Honda Pilot hybrid model may be in the works, which would be a first for the model. The 2023 Honda Pilot also features a more rigid frame for improved handling. Additionally, the 2023 Honda Pilot offers up to 7 available drive modes include new Sport, Tow, and Trail modes.

We also know that the 2023 Honda Pilot TrailSport model is supposed to be the most rugged Honda SUV ever offered. It comes with steel skid plates, standard all-terrain tires, expanded all-wheel drive system capabilities that include a Trail driving mode, raised off-road tuned suspension with a 1.0-inch lift, a full-size spare, front and rear recovery points, and a hill-descent control system. This model's suspension includes a front sway bar to help balance on-road comfort and off-road articulation.

Second-row legroom increases by 2.4 inches, and third-row legroom increases by 0.6 inches. A few of the standard features for the 2023 Honda Pilot include heated front seats, black roof rails, front fog lights, and a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with physical knobs for volume and tuning. Available features include a 12-speaker Bose premium audio system, a 9-inch HD touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 10.2-inch digital instrument display, navigation, leather upholstery, and more.
