Pre-Owned Inventory
Each vehicle brought into Cardinal Honda's pre-owned inventory must meet the standards of an 89 point Quality Assurance Inspection. This includes safety, mechanical, interior and a road test conducted by an authorized technician. Upon completion of the inspection all vehicles must be approved by the Used Car Manager before being available for sale.
What is a Certified Honda? A Certified Honda undergoes an in-depth 150 point inspection in addition to Cardinal Honda's required Quailty Assurance Inspection. All eligible pre-owned Hondas must complete this inspection to be considered Certified. 
Carfax reports are available on all pre-owned vehicles in Cardinal Honda's inventory.
