"How are trade-ins evaluated?"
Trade-ins are valued at the fair market price based upon the year, make, model, mileage, and it's condition.
"What if a customer wants to negotiate?"
There is no negotiating. We give you our best price the first time! That means the maximum discount has already been given to you up front without the hassle of spending your valuable time negotiating back and forth with a manager.
