           I have been in the automotive business nearly my entire life working in every department. I started when I was only 19 years old beginning in the reconditioning department cleaning cars. From there I went to the parts department, then into service, and after that into sales in the early 80's where I quickly progressed to sales management. Now for the last 14 years I have been here at Cardinal Honda as the Pre-owned Certified Manager and master of ceremonies for all of our community events.


           I belong to the Mystic Chamber of Commerce and for years I was the athletic announcer for Groton - Mystic Football. Outside of business, I enjoy dining at local restaurants and maybe even a little karaoke. I've been married to my beautiful wife Terry for 36 years, I have a daughter, Tianna, and my amazing grandson Zayden.

    I have worked at 531 Rt. 12 in Groton for the last 31 years, and greeted Mr. Cardinal on his first day when he purchased the Honda Dealership 28 years ago. I enjoy working at a small family run business that provides a top notch quality automobile line with dedication to customer satisfaction.     I have been involved with automobiles from a very young age because my dad was an auto mechanic. I quickly realized my passion for cars and began working as a sales professional in the late 90's and never looked back. I enjoy meeting new people every day and truly feel honored to be a part of the Cardinal Honda team. I believe it is the people within an organization that make it great and Cardinal Honda is no exception. I love the people I work with and coming to work doesn't feel like work, but rather a home.

    When I'm not at Cardinal Honda I enjoy time with my family and my dog Jaxx, along with an occasional motorcycle ride in the mix. I welcome all to come and visit me at Cardinal Honda and experience the difference of the stress free environment that we offer along with our Clear and Simple approach of the car buying experience.     Wow! Can't believe I am about to start my 33rd year in automobile sales! Who would have guessed, but here I am. I have been blessed to have had the success that I've had. It has been a pleasure both working at Cardinal Honda and meeting all the wonderful customers and friends that I've gotten to know over the years.

    I have also been blessed with a wonderful family, my wife Ane, my two daughters Alyssa, Trina, and my son Austin. I am the luckiest guy on earth. Stop in and say hi, both friends and customers.

    I started working for Honda in 1999 and have been with Cardinal Honda since 2007. One of the most enjoyable qualities that Cardinal Honda offers is the family atmosphere. It's something we take great pride in and extend to our customer and their families whenever they visit us. It's completely different from the typical high pressure dealership.

    Over the years I have been involved in many of the community support efforts. I am a public notary, and I've been a coordinator in the blood drives for the past 8 years. I also run the "Closest to the Pin" annual golf tournaments. I'm local to the area as I reside in Ledyard with my wonderful family, my wife Tracy, my son CJ, and my daughter Riley.

    Welcome to the Cardinal Honda staff page. My name is Chris Dyer, one of the two Chris' in the finance department. I am proud to say that I have been in the automotive industry for 26 years here in Connecticut, the last 3 years with Cardinal.

     My biggest accomplishment has been raising my two amazing sons with my wife Tracey in Westbrook, CT. My oldest has gone on to a career in Law Enforcement, and his little brother is poised for an outstanding college football career.

    My experience in helping people with their financing options has been very rewarding. Cardinal Honda is a gem in south eastern, CT.  Starting with Clear & Simple pricing to helping through out the year in many family, community, and social projects, I'm very proud to be a member of the Cardinal Family.

In that time I have met some great families and made some great friends, and I enjoy helping them with their second largest life purchase.     My name is Jose Morales a.k.a. Jay and I am a 10 year Army combat veteran. I have a bachelors and masters degree in computer science.     I've been in the car business for almost 2 years now and have not experienced a work environment like Cardinal Honda. I previously worked in the medical field as a medical assistant and have found that a lot of the fundamentals translate over. I am use to catering to people's wants and needs and I have found the perfect business to do so.

    I initially entered automotive sales in 2012 during the summer after beginning my college education in New Jersey at Rutgers University. Fortunately I was able to begin in the car business fairly early since my friend's father owned a dealership in N.J. At first working at the dealership was just a way to generate the extra cash I needed for school, but I enjoyed meeting new people and the social interaction that the car business offered much more than the idea of sitting behind a desk. After I graduated with my bachelors degree in Computer Science I decided to continue in the automotive industry as a full time career.  

     With my knowledge and experience from different dealerships I have made the decision to continue my career at Cardinal Honda. There are many differences here at Cardinal Honda as a family owned business as opposed to the corporate environments I'm familiar with. I enjoy working with the friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere. I look forward to meeting new friends and customers as I advance my career in leadership roles of the business.

    I moved here in 2012 from a tiny town in Western Massachusetts called Adams.  I am a mom to 3 children and they are my world. I am the daughter of a car salesman and for quite some time I wasn't sure that I wanted to follow in those footsteps.  Cardinal Honda is the only reason I had changed my mind. I have been with Cardinal Honda for 6 months, and am very much looking forward to making my career here.  From the moment you walk into our building it is a completely different car buying experience, and I am very happy to be a small part of it all.

    I've lived in Gales Ferry for about a year now, and I'm all around pleased with my decision to move and become more than just a small town girl. I am happy to learn from everyone here at the dealership, and most of all from our customers.
